Double Chocolate Tart
1 cup almonds soaked 8 hours
4 dates soaked 8 hours ( or 1/2 cup shredded coconut not soak )
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder (or more)
Process all ingredients together and line a pie plate of 15 cm diameter springform .
2 cups cashews (also called cashews or cashew nuts )
3/4 cup of melted cocoa butter
1/3 cup coconut oil ( do not care if it is not 100 % raw in Argentina can be replaced by vegetalina )
1/3 cup agave syrup ( you can also use any type of vegetable honey, this honey is a sweetener type)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
250-300 g strawberries or sliced strawberries
